Quality Comprehensive Health Center (formerly Quality Home Care Services) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit medical practice dedicated to serving the community in the Historic West End of Charlotte, North Carolina. For over two decades, we have been committed to delivering exceptional, patient-centered healthcare.

What began as a small initiative has grown into a state-of-the-art facility staffed by a team of Board-certified healthcare professionals. As a comprehensive Adult & Pediatric Primary Care practice, we offer a wide range of services, including an on-site pharmacy specializing in HIV & Infectious Disease Care and Prevention, LGBTQIA+ Care, Diabetes Management, Behavioral Health Services, Medical Case Management, and a Training and Development Division. Our integrated “one-stop-shop” approach helps eliminate barriers to care, ensuring that individuals and families receive the highest standard of primary and specialty healthcare.

Our dedication to quality and community leadership has been recognized both locally and nationally. We were honored to host former Vice President Kamala Harris during one of our outreach efforts and have received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Joseph Biden Jr. for our unwavering service.
