How do I get an appointment?
Call 704-394-8968 to talk with our team about availability. Current patients can also use the secure patient portal’s available appointment features.
What if I don’t have insurance?
Ask about income-based sliding fee discounts. Eligibility depends on household income, size, and program requirements; our team can explain the documents to bring.
